Dixie Moon Saloon is a celebration of great food and music. It's a one-of-a-kind restaurant/whiskey bar/live entertainment venue to hit the trendy downtown Royal Oak area From the ornate architectural spandrels found on Victorian porches across the South incorporated into our bar and stage, to the antique chandeliers and tiffany lamps, the Dixie Moon Saloon embodies the flavor of the old South.
The Food …
Our menu has a delicious assortment of unique appetizers like Jambalaya Fritters with Jezebel Jelly or Armadillo Eggs with Dixie Dipping Sauce. We have 3 unique burgers, starting with the Dixie Moon Burger, a custom sirloin blend - the best burger in town, and a wide assortment of deliciously prepared sandwiches like the Chicken & Waffles or the Dixie BLT with fried green tomatoes and pecan smoked bacon. We also have great vegetarian and salad selections or try one of our 4 different thin crust flatbread pizzas. Enjoy our entrees which include in-house smoked barbecue ribs, Southern Fried Honey Chicken, Savannah Crab Cakes or Bourbon-Glazed Salmon, to name a few.

When it comes to spirits, the Dixie Moon Saloon has one of the finest collections of bourbons and whiskeys in the area with over 80 different brands at the best prices you will find anywhere. Or try one of our specialty cocktails, like our Dixie Sazarac, a Tennessee Toddy, or some Kick-A-Poo Moon Juice.
The Music …
Dixie Moon Saloon offers diverse live entertainment showcasing a unique spectrum of artists - blending country, rock, blues, acoustic, pop and more - featuring some of the finest local as well as Nashville and touring recording artists every Friday and Saturday night along with special event dates throughout the month (see Upcoming Events).
The song says there's thirteen hundred and fifty-two guitar pickers in Nashville and, on any given night, you may find a few of them at the Dixie Moon Saloon. So come on in and listen or get up and dance to some good ole' two stepping, foot stomping music at the Dixie Moon Saloon. You'll have a howling good time!
